Don’t download!!! It’s a trap!!

I was about to get their premium service because they seemed to be the only monitoring service that works on iPhone. One problem: IT DOESN’T WORK ON IPHONE! The kids app, the necessary monitoring piece for your child’s phone, is unavailable, but you only find that out AFTER you sign up for the free trial. Bottom line, if your monitoring an iPhone, this app and service is worthless until they get the child app working.

I was impressed with with the free trial offered, however you have to invest to get some of the better qualities. I definitely would recommend this to some parents who need strict enforcement!

Hi my name is chandler and I was looking for a parental control app. My kid was not doing very good things on the internet !! So I heard some of these amazing reviews and said what the heck!! Let’s try it !! And lemme tell ya ! I woulda probably even paid 5 whole bucks for this gosh darn application !! It really is wonderful . Little timmy is doing much better as well. The great firewall of China has nothing on this app !! A++ (Seriously though this app Does what it’s supposed to . I love it and it’s very easy to use and setup. Good work whoever made it.)

This app gives a parent piece of mind allowing you to set rules and conditions for your child’s browsing and phone usage. Then you can set up your child’s device to be monitored in order to ensure that your needs are being met. It provides you and your children to come up with and maintain an understanding of what is appropriate and not appropriate with so much being accessible to them with their mobile phones.

In august I purchased this for my three kids iPhones after asking all of my questions directly to the support before purchasing. They knew I wanted it for all three iPhones. After purchasing it I was told that only one iPhone license was covered. So I told them I wanted a refund and would have to go to another company because I needed all three iPhones monitored. They said they would process my refund. I kept following up month after month and getting the run around about my refund being processed. Then in October I get an email that said now they have the capability for more than one iPhone license. I told them I already went with another company and wanted my refund immediately. Then I get an email stating the following: “Dear Customer, Since you have purchased this license from App Store, so there is no option for us to refund it from our end. It's customer driven, so kindly check and follow instruction of below mentioned link in order to get refund:” So I had to wait over two months for them to send me a link for me to get my refund. They could have told me this in August. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. They were giving me the runaround on purpose until they could get more than one license.

Do not waste your money on this app. I purchased this to monitor my child’s internet and text usage. I have it loaded to both our phones and every time I click on the sms button it tells me messages are pulled from icloud and tells me to logon on the computer. When I log into the computer it doesn’t show any data either. I tried calling the number given to contact and it says its not in service. I wish I could have given this zero stars.

Can’t even get past the enter your child’s name. This app is jacked up and not worth your time to download.

If you own a iOS phone this product is not for you. It should be easy, but that’s not the case. I paid $50 just so I will have to buy Apples extra storage in order for this app to be effective. I do not recommend this product. Most mobile carries have better services.
