Horrible Customer Service

Called twice because it’s super confusing. They talked to me like I was an idiot. You can barely understand any of them. I deleted and I’m going with a different app...

Useless for iPhone. Needed to monitor SMS records. This advertised it could do that. It can not.

So far this app has been good for all around safety. I can use it to block offensive content from my son’s browser and make sure that he isn’t exposed to certain things. I can login online to track his phone to make sure he is safe. There are no glitches are bugs so far.

This is a good app. I liked the trial version so far and will use it to monitor my niece devices. She’s really impressionable and dramatic. She goes to performing art school, so this will help her hopefully

I got the 49.99 a year subscription and it was a waste not easy to use. Other apps work better for Apple. I requested a refund to be told I can’t this is awful lesson learned though do not get this app if your planning on purchasing you will waste your money!!!!

Very basic, and doesn’t work

This app is very basic. Doesn’t track them well. The bed time setting doesn’t work well either. There’s ways around it if you just google it. My 15 year old son has already found out how to bypass it. Save your money. It’s unfortunate that I paid so much for a half rate app. Very disappointed.

I purchased the app based on the reviews. It would have been nice if they offered a free trial. As soon as I opened the app, it was glitchy and buttons were hanging off the screen so I couldn’t see them. Then when I clicked on things I had to tap 6-7 times to get the button to recognize my request. I restarted the app. Still glitchy. The “help” buttons sent me in circles. I immediately requested a refund. The company responded after 16 hours. By then I had downloaded a new app. After another day or so they wrote again saying I should try some of their troubleshooting tips. I said I just wanted a refund. Then they said they don’t process refunds, contact Apple. I contacted Apple and they said contact SecureTeen. I contacted SecureTeen and they said contact Apple. I contacted Apple, they said contact SecureTeen. I contacted SecureTeen and they say contact Apple. I get I eat $54. Ridiculous.

Not worth the money so far...

Downloaded this app, paid for it. Want to see the incoming and outgoing calls/txts. I got some half assed instructions back that didn’t make a lot of sense. I will update this review if I ever figure out how to accomplish this task but unless there’s better instructions, that isn’t going to happen.

This app don’t work for IPhone. All the communications of this app for the clients are by email and not by phone. I feel that they stole my money. This is the worst app.
