No refund! – SecureTeen Parental Control Review

I have been trying to get this app to work for about six months now. They said they were going to review it and give me a refund. Downloaded the app and paid $50 on 8-14-2020. When I try to get into the app it says I must wait 30 minutes before trying to access the app it’s been six months! No refund, no emails about a refund in three months. I am a single grandmother raising my three grandchildren! I do not have $50 to just throw away!
