Great idea, lacking some features

Had some issues with the display. It seems like it wasn’t formatted for my size of phone so everything was super small and pushed in while the tops and bottoms were cut off. Though it’s simple enough to use. Just add a device and it gives to the link for the device. Needs an update and more optional features for what you can do with the devices. It’s free so I can’t complain much.

The app was really easy to set up and use. I haven’t had any problems with it so far and it does everything that I want. I got it because my little one goes on YouTube a lot and this really puts my mind at ease.

Bad customer service, and hard to understand. Not sure I like that you can’t call, and email is very difficult to keep track of

This app is fraudulent, at least for iOS. There is nothing to prevent kids from disabling the protection, and parents are not notified when they do. It’s as good as having NO protection, actually worse because it presents a false sense of security.
Better options out there!

The biggest reason we dislike this app is the tech support, I kept asking to actually talk to someone on the phone, but all I got was canned emails and generic links. I even paid for the subscription thinking the customer service might be better, I thought maybe it would make the app work better, but no. The app would not even work on my kid’s laptop. Don’t waste your time on this one.

I like the set up and I have yet to pay for anything and will not be. I recently downloaded it on my daughter’s phone and then turned it off and put it up til she allowed to have it back. I get a email saying she had so many incoming/outgoing texts and calls. I know that’s false since she hasn’t even had her phone!! Will be deleting this app!
