Don’t waste your money!

This APP rarely works. The location shows my child is in a location that I know for a fact neither he nor his phone are at. I paid for the APP so that I could monitor texts only to find out AFTER I paid for it that feature is no longer available. It shows on my sons phone that the VPN is enabled yet when I click on reports on my phone I get a message saying if the app has been installed in the last 30 minutes the reports may not yet be available. The APP has been on his phone for 6 months.

This app SecureTeen could be great. It has all the features I want and need. You can even filter key words and the internet through all other apps like the YouTube app. It’s useless on iPhone since the vpn can be deleted just by using the pin you unlock the phone with! Why not allow the user to set up another hard password or just assign another password only accessed through the admin account? This way if you are self monitoring or monitoring children it cannot be easily uninstalled! Most of the iPhone parental control apps have this same problem Apple. Qustodio and most Others have the same problem! Please fix this ASAP Apple! I’m only giving this a good rating because all the features I need Work! But it’s rendered useless for now because of this mdm management problem! I’ve read that you can lock the iPhone with mdm management tool on an apple computer and it should work. But how much of the population of the world own apple computers apple? Some people don’t even have PCs. Not everyone has an apple pc. This needs to be fixed for everyone! Please get this fixed for the people of the world ASAP!

Based on all the things that teens can find on the internet these days, it is crucial that they have some protection! I would recommend this to any mom

The app is not secure on my child's phone, and she can delete it any time she wants, which she isn't supposed to. I try to turn off her phone at night so she gets sleep, and it just doesn't do what it says it will do. Overall, it's just a pointless app.

im not the user, but my dad is. he started the small usage on my phone. I was going around on settings a few years after he installed it, and found a way to deactivate it. the concept of this app worked for a while, but stopped after I stopped it. I forgot how I did it, and im still trying to find out. +1 9203978798
Excellent Concept

Although many of it’s functionalities are rather limited at the moment, I believe, with the right amount of feedback and users the app can become revolutionary. After all, in a time period where kids and teenagers are glued to technology, parental supervision is absolutely necessary. With that said, it is worth giving this app a chance and time to improve.

One of the better parental control apps. Easy to navigate and some of the features like location tracking and set bedtimes have saved us! I would definitely recommend SecureTeen.

Most features work. Easy to set up and the price is low compared to other teen monitoring apps. I’m sure I could pay $15 a month for something better but this has all I really needed.
