Paid but couldn’t get app to work. Poor customer service. – SecureTeen Parental Control Review

I purchased the app last December and couldn’t see web, location or text messages, the things I wanted to monitor most. I contacted customer service several times but nothing worked. My last few emails were ignored. VERY disappointing app. Six months later, the app is still useless.
