I love Sanvello. I have been using it since it was known as Pacifica. It is easy to use and easy to not down your nightly feelings and how you feel during the entire week, but the glitches when filling out the feelings is glitchy. It's the part that says done and it's all the way at the top right and it takes a few tries to click on it.

Breathing Exercise

I’m big on breathing exercises. I use to do them in the past n they have helped with anxiety n then I stopped for a while. This exercise reminded me of how important breathing is to reduce anxiety.

I already feel the benefit of this app on my first day I started with the anxiety challenge because that was not what I was experiencing at the time. They have many other challenges and they don’t last more than 20 minutes. This app is a good idea.We will see how helpful it is and remains to be. I’ll try and update you.
