The app is irritating as you have to keep entering subscriber ID when you upgrade. Hard to find link to add dependents.

This app was recommended to me for anxiety. I am totally into it and on the second day did the relaxation exercise in morning of which I had a good day. Feelings of anxiety were practically non-existent. Today I learned to track negative thoughts that aren’t true and to reframe them. I will begin this as well and hope to continue this journey to get to a better place in my life!

Has not been properly adjusted for iPhone Pro Max size screens. Buttons at top and bottom of screen inaccessible. Awful experience.

I’ve tried multiple apps for anxiety/stress/depression, most of them wanted account info, some did not. This app does more than any of them, it’s really helps, AND ITS FREE! I really appreciate how they will ask you daily(on your time. you choose!) how you’re feeling. I rarely have anyone ask me that, that will listen to my response for sure.(which does NOT help) there’s so much more. I could go on and on, you simply need to try it out! No commitments, account info, or even your name! It’s done wonders☺️

Began with Breathing exercise to reduce anxieties.Feel calmer after it. I understand message of calming/slowing down body actions will also translate to mind.

This tool has really helped me through my divorce. Often time I feel lost and overwhelmed, but this tool always has something to help. Whether it’s the chat groups, articles or daily check ins, it helps me feel that I’m not alone.

The text window for posting comments to another member’s post is way to short. It only shows two lines at a time. Users are typically leaving messages of support and advice which often is much more than two lines of text. Several lines of text is really hard to view in this format. I like to look over what I’ve written before posting to check for errors and to make sure that my message is clear and appropriate.

I love all of the little tools on this app. I appreciate that there is enough available, even without a premium subscription, to still help me.
