I’m only recently started, but I’m already loving this app and Sanvello’s program. Setup is thoughtful and deep-diving. If the question seems irrelevant, just go with it. I promise it’s relevance will show up. They just want the most sincere answers, so sometimes the intent of the question is to ascertain your most honest reaction. There are no incorrect answers here; the “right” answer is the most honest choice for the individual. So far, so good. Here’s hoping …

The holidays are a bit rough for me. I found this through United healthcare and I am very pleased. Started doing the activities this weekend Monday back to work. Thrilled to have really everything I was looking for at my fingertips thank you.

The premium version included with my insurance is exactly what I need and beautiful to navigate. The journeys show me what to do each day helps take the overwhelming thought of trying to figure out how to use the app each day. It gives me step by step videos and activities so I don’t have to worry whether I am using the app the “right” way

Sanvello has helped me with my anxiety and my problems. This is all I could ask for. For Christmas last year, I asked for a happy life. Or something that could help me. And I got Sanvello this year. It’s amazing. It doesn’t help all people, but I know it helped me

i love the fact that this app will send you reminders, it works towards teaching you different techniques, it has a community of people as well that you can speak with, and its a very engaging app.

You can’t pay out of pocket for therapy. Insurance is required, and they didn’t take mine for the therapy. I wish you could pay out of pocket, but you can’t. The coach option you can though and I love my coach so far.

God can… He’s the one who can fully restore you above anything else, NOTHING in the world nor the app can fully heal you but God. You may be VERY annoyed and thinking I’m saying this. But he loves you SOOOO much ?
