It has helped me so much and it has thought me to meditate and breathe. Documenting my emotions and patterns in this format is extremely beneficial to me and I am so glad my friend recommended it!!

I’ve been in therapy for a long time. it’s easy, when life gets busy, to let cbt and dbt skills slip away, and feel frustrated with the lack of control. Pacifica has allowed me to make my mental health not a blind daily struggle, but a struggle with awareness. and that makes all the difference to be able to cope and find help

It is nice to have Pacifica keep me on track to retain good health and habits. I like the check-in functionality. Would be a good feature to be able to set the check-in to be once per hour during day time :-)

I’ve only just started to use this app I struggle with severe anxiety and depression and am relatively young. I feel like I have some support and a small amount of people to confide it, but I still feel constantly alone, sad, and many other feelings ALL the time. This app is a God send. I actually feel so much better when I listen to it. I do my best to participate in filling out my feelings and goals, But sometimes I just listen and breathe. It makes me feel safe and comforted knowing someone is understanding and I can just breath and keep going. I won’t stop using this app because it truly is helping me. Thank you so much Pacifica for this. You are helping at least one person in the world ♥️

I’ve been using Pacifica for almost 3 years. Even if I don’t use it every day, it’s shocking to see where I was vs where I am now. I’m in SUCH a better place mentally and emotionally than I was 3 years ago, and I had forgotten how bad I felt all the time. I love being able to use this app. It’s so helpful just to get out emotions and see how often they change. It’s fun to read through past entries and see how the things I worried about turned out fine. The only suggestion I would add is being able to view your data by months, not just weeks, in the app. I just found out you can do this with a link in the weekly emails on the Pacifica website, which is awesome!! But having that feature on mobile would be cool too. thanks so much. This really is something else. ❤️
