Tryouts to relax

misrable old guy

I felt that there was too much talking and not enough time to experience each part of the body. Waves should continue until the person decides to shut it off.

Works great

Just follow the directions and relax.

Hard for me to understand this

ms veganista

I like the concept of this app and it helps in a lot of ways but some things about it lose me. 1) it sends me a reminder to do my sleep goal or my hobby goal but when I tap on it doesn’t bring me to that section and I don’t know how to get to that section and doesn’t tell me how to get to that section so I don’t ever get those done 2) it tells me how was my week in random days. I rather it ask me how was my week Saturday evening or Monday morning when it’s fresh in my mind. And if it passed Monday morning and I have not responded STILL do not ask me how was my week wait till next Monday. On Tuesday morning however it’s ok to send a reminder that I didn’t get to give an update such as say “oops we didn’t get a response yesterday on how was your week last week. It’s ok you can let us know how was your week now or don’t worry about it we have a whole new week now to work on.” Something like that. But after that leave it alone until Saturday evening or Monday morning or leave a window open from Saturday evening to Monday morning for us to record how our pass week went. Then DON’T ask us after that except a reminder on Tuesday for a last chance and that’s it. Fix those issues and it’ll b good to go.

Coach doesn’t reply after 3 messages.

I sent her some detailed messages explaining my situation and the kind of help I’m looking for, she didn’t reply after 2 days. These are not humanized coaches. Don’t text more than 1 or 2 short texts. The coach may or may not reply. Both against what is advertised.

Not a serious mental health tool

sea7237

Not a serious mental health tool. Be prepared to have your thoughts censored and if you’re vulnerable and need help don’t turn to this ap.

It’s good but limited

This is a good app, you can set up reminders and check ins which is nice. If you want the full experience you will need to pay though. It’s sad that now the good mental health apps need subscriptions. Especially considering how many poor young people struggle with mental health. This app has an option to put in your insurance information but that’s a lot to ask for some people. I’m ultimately going to get rid of it, but it’s not bad.

Cash Grab

Violetvision

Let’s you use the guided journeys until you are almost done/halfway, then wants to charge you 10$ a month at MINIMUM to complete them. Not worth it at all, that’s 120$ a year just for a handful of things that MIGHT help you. It felt like I was just starting for it to help when it throws the money in the face. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

People’s help

kameron2078

I like this app sooooo much. I been keeping up with breathing exercises with the help of the community tab.

I really appreciate this free app. I have shared it with my nursing students.
