I ran into an issue with the app and the customer service does not seem to be linked to their current system. It emails you back saying it’s no longer the valid email for their customer service. Tried their websites customer service and got no response. So if the app ever breaks for you, enjoy calling your pharmacy to refill prescriptions.

I open the app and then I go to shop. When I touch the shop tab the app has a seizure and tweaks out.

Trying for week to setup account

I have been trying to setup an account for a week and keep receiving the system is having issues. iPhone X IOS both 13 and 14.1.

In the beginning your app was easy and simple. Now I get different apps after I enter one psp. Then it takes me to a screen that says I don’t have an account. I fill that out, hit enter: our system is not available. I won’t do it anymore. Charles McFadden

Adding an account security questions

I have tried multiple times to add an account for my husband’s prescriptions. The app only has three security questions that you can complete but it won’t let you submit because it says there’s four security questions. What do I do about this.

Only fair site, apps need patch for phone numbers, note: some people have only cell phones and this app won’t let you update

The recent update has rendered the app pretty much unusable. Won’t let me login, attempted to use reset password option and it either says “there was an error” or the email never comes. Attempted to create a new account but literally could not; it would not accept my password despite it meeting all of the requirements (length, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, special character). It crashes and freezes often. Also, why do almost all of the reviews for this app seem to be for individual rite aid pharmacies or the employees who work there?

I can’t add prescriptions because it keeps crashing by the time I get to the last security question. I’ve tried at least 6 times to do so and eventually gave up. It’s unfortunate because my pharmacists are about as useful and the current app.
