Set up account on Mac but won’t work on iPhone. Called customer service twice and each time waited on hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnected. Heading to CVS!
Good for Pharmacy, Coupons and weeklyAd

Non-functional Apple wallet integration ruins this app

Really, it’s clear the people behind this app have never been in a Rite Aid in their lives. Why does this app add a card with a QR code to the Apple wallet? Rite Aid’s registers don’t know what to do with it. The registers clearly expect to scan normal barcode that is found on a physical. Honestly, you can’t really expect much more from a top down mismanaged pit stain of a company like Rite Aid. I hope the FEC stops their acquisition of Bartell’s in Washington. Bartell’s doesn’t deserve such an awful end.
Unable to add pharmacy account

I keep getting a message when I attempt to create a pharmacy account saying: “we experiencing technical difficulties, try later.” Also, there is a problem with spacing of letter characters in all of the fields except for date of birth. For example, when I type in my zip code I can add last 4 digits only unless I erase everything and backspace all the way and start over, then it works. Developers need to look into these issues and resolve them.
Finally a useful app! This app is perfect and so easy to use.

This is a very well written app. Makes having prescriptions filled so easy...
Forced refills

I did not what to be part of automatic refills. After the last software update my account was switched by Rite Aid without permission. I cannot find any way to opt back out. If you do not resolve this I will change to another company.

Lisa is so wonderful! She is State Street in Saginaw Michigan’s store manager. She always goes out of her way to be friendly and makes us feel like we’re her only customers, even though she’s always busy. You can find her stocking shelves, cashiering, or helping customers in the store but she always has time to smile and say hello. We always go to this particular store because of her. Thank you Lisa for brightening our day! Bill & Judy Keene
