App works great up until trying to order a pickup. Chose store but then will not let me go to cart to complete an order.
Adequate except for a really big flaw

When you try to refill a prescription, you can’t go back later and verify if you were successful, or what the status is. I thought I had successfully refilled three prescriptions last night, but this morning I got a notification that the same three Rxs were due for refill. And I have no way to verify that on the app. So now I’ll have to waste the time of someone in the pharmacy when I call in to check.
App isn’t the problem

App is fine, although a record of what’s filled and what’s received but in process would be helpful. The big problem is the current state of Rite Aid pharmacy functioning. Prescriptions go unfilled without update or explanation. Phones are not answered. Drive through lanes are backed up for hours and walking in is useless as nothing is ever ready and the staff is overwhelmed and request that you come back later, but later is unspecified and nothing seems to happen unless you are waiting there and being a pest. It’s now been 7 days and my elderly aunts prescriptions are not yet fully filled. Elderly aunt is married to this Rite Aid and their clerks and afraid of change. Otherwise I would have moved on by now, although no guarantee that elsewhere is any better.

Typically I am out of medications for 3 to 5 days before the refill is ready. Rite aid blames the doctor if it needed an update on an RX. After research it isn’t the doctor —— there isn’t enough staff at this store to properly fill needed RXs.
Inaccurate Info In Pharmacy

The Pharmacy section of the App is terrible. As I write this at 5:25am I have just received notifications in the past 1 minute-20 minutes on medication filled weeks ago. And I’ve received these notifications before regarding the same medication. These notifications I’m getting now that are completely wrong have NEVER been received when a medication is actually ready. Sometimes you can’t tell if the refill request was submitted or not & then you do it again. As such, receiving a message that you already did this. As far as the Tech’s at my specific location, they will tell you your medication can’t be filled today because it’s too early. Upon asking when will it be ready, the answer is ALWAYS “Tomorrow”. Then when you show up tomorrow & it’s still too early & they say “Tomorrow”. It’s pointless & frustrating.
Doesn’t fill my prescriptions

This app just keeps getting worse. Now it doesn’t fill my prescriptions. For example most recently-I refilled 3 prescriptions. I was filled the other 2 were not. I called the pharmacy and spoke to someone and they told me it was even submitted. She laughed and said yep this has been happening a lot!! Not happy ….I really think I will be switching my entire family along with in-laws to a new pharmacy.
Keeps timing out

All I’m trying to do is see if my local rite aid has what I need. Every time I try to set the store I get a message. Your session has timed out. I do not even get 2 minutes and I’m told to sign in. I was scrolling and told session timed out. Very frustrating
