Awful

Can’t see my prescriptions. I scan my med bottle, and it says I already have a pharmacy account. I am logged in but when I click “My prescriptions,” it just takes me back to sign up page. Then it says I’m already signed up. I’m switching pharmacies because this app is so bad.

Great app, but missing a digital coupon

shopping for deals

I found the app to be very user friendly and pleasant. I noticed that the Oral B manual toothbrush (priced at $6.99) should have a digital coupon for $3 off; (advertised on the ad for the the Spend $30, get back $10 rewards) wasn’t available on my app. It looks like most of the coupons were there and I cannot wait to start shopping!

Great Service

Allison and Bill at the Hermitage Pa store are awesome! The tech’s that assist them are the best! More people should be like them.

App is Horrible

Rite Aid App is Terrible. Forget being able to access your prescriptions. I could not be more frustrated & I was with CVS & they were the absolute worst, but here I am.

Ridiculously poor design.

I open up the app, and the first thing I want to do is to search for some items to see if they are in stock at local stores. But there’s no search feature! I can see four big huge blocks. I can look at the weekly ad. Go to their Photos department. Refill a script. Find local stores. But what if I want to search for crutches? Band aids? Ace bandages? Rubbing alcohol? Nope. Can’t be done. Sure, I can tap 3-4 levels deep and search A particular store, maybe. But that’s not what I want to do. I have 3 stores near me. Do I need to perform three searches?!? Bad bad design. Fail.

I don’t care attitude

I had some prescriptions for 90days but I only received 30 days supply. I went back to tell them about it and they did not even care to check what was wrong, just said that is what insurance covers. I check with my doctor to make sure that the prescription is for 90 days and I went back again after 30 days and once again they gave me 30 days supply. I told them to check the prescription and that was the time they gave me 90 days supply. I had to go back to Rite Aid four times and wait for 30days to get the correct amount of medicine. If they will listen to me when I go to pick up my medicine at the first time and correct the mistake that they had made, I did not have to wait and go back again. It was a total neglect by the first person who prepared my medicine which had made me waisted my time and made me go back to them unnecessary.

Poor

It is used to work great, but latest update presents challenges: not all my recent prescriptions are listed (I used to be able to access multiple pages of my list of active prescriptions...not now), and the “email a representative” feature does not work beyond entry of contact info. I am back to calling in my prescriptions. Perhaps they have stopped supporting online ordering. I heard recently that Walgreens was interested in buying them. I’m tempted to switch now.

New Phone - can’t log in - stuck in a loop

LSG-2171

I can’t log in with my known user/pw I then use the forgot password feature which brings right back to the log screen (no option to reset password) Uninstalled / Reinstalled I called Riteaid and verified my username was correct Was told to uninstall and reinstall, which I told them I did. Then told to uninstall and reinstall and set up a new account. I can’t because it recognizes my email address. There is nothing I can do. Guess I can’t use the app anymore.

Prescription Refills Within 3 Seconds!

Straight Arrow 1

Our family moved into the HANOVER PA area in August 2010 and chose to have our pharmaceutical needs fulfilled at the Rite-Aid Pharmacy at 1430 Baltimore Street (Grandview - SOUTH HANOVER). The Rite-Aid App became available and we have utilized the application to "Refill Our Prescriptions"; it takes just a few seconds by scanning the prescription bar code with a response when the Rx can be picked up! You will receive a text when the Rx has been filled! AWESOME! The Rite-Aid App also provides Sale Items And Coupons if you desire to research prior to picking your Rx! Thank You "Sam and Gladys" Rite- Aid Pharmacists! Respectfully, H Frank Rayne

Can’t check out

Anavee

Can’t order anything since the check out link doesn’t work. Tried several times. Also just to search for an item and something as simple as adding to cart is difficult. Once you click on the space to add quantity or search bar keyboard comes up then hides automatically and it does it about 3 times before you can type anything or add it to cart. Would’ve been nice to order and pick up at the store but don’t know if they have that feature because I just couldn’t check out my purchase at all. When it comes to ordering refills it works great.
