The app and website is horrible. Transferred my prescription away from rite aid. Haven't bought anything from rite aid in almost a year. Probably won't need to shop here ever.

The app is good for one thing: scanning a prescription. If you want to set it up to use any other function, beware! The glitches go far deeper than the app! I was just trying to finish setting up my Rite Aid app! It sent me to the Plenti website to link my card. Then: 1. It asked me for the phone number attached to the card. The card was set up when Rite Aid transferred all of my info from my old Rite Aid card, and that phone number was from at least 10 years ago. I could not remember what it was. THE WEBSITE TOLD ME TO CLICK ON THE LINK FROM MY WELCOME EMAIL. There are 7 links embedded in that email? None of them said "click here to complete registration. The website did not say which link to use. I tried all of them. None of them worked. 2. So I called Plenti's customer service, and went through the lengthy process of changing the phone number to my current phone. At the end of the call I was told I would be transferred to a system that would let me set up my pin. I was then transferred and a recording told me "We are unable to set up your pin # now. Please try again later, or set it up at our website." 3. The Plenti website now shows my card has been set up for Plenti online. I thought "yes!" But, no. Apparently, as I did not give the customer service operator my email address, (I'd already supplied it to Rite Aid, and I really did not want to spend more time spelling it out) I could not log in. The website said that the info did not match their records. HOW WAS I TO KNOW THAT I'D GET MORE HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH IF I SAID "NO" WHEN HE ASKED IF I WANTED TO ASSOCIATE AN EMAIL WITH THE PLENTI ACCOUNT!?! 4. There is no link that I can find on their site to do as the recording told me and get my pin. I am unable to log in to my Plenti online account. 5. All of this because tried to set up the Rite Aid app, WHICH WAS ALL I REALLY WANTED TO DO THIS MORNING before getting on to the important stuff in my life!

The developers of this app really need to add the feature of putting your RiteAid card into the Apple Wallet. It's about making it more convenient for your customers. ?⭐️????

This app lacks many things. It isn't efficient nor is it letting me log in. The Walgreens app is 20x better. Even CVS's is better. I was expecting more from Rite Aid. Deleted.

The awful reviews are accurate. I downloaded the app and created a username and password. I tried to log in and received an error message that they were incorrect. I had literally just created them. Awful.
Prescription refill doesn't work

Previous versions worked fine but I can no longer refill a prescription from "Prescription History". Because the final confirmation screen doesn't load, the order doesn't go through, leaving me without my meds. Bye Rite Aid, hello CVS.

This makes refilling prescriptions a breeze. I also signed up and logged in with no issues after I scanned my first prescription.
