Was this app developed by a 5 year old? The only reason I still have it is to easily scan barcodes for refills. Everything else about this app stinks!!! Impossible to set up an account. During COVid do we have an opportunity to improve? YES!!! DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS APP!!!!

It looks like the ability to search in the shopping section has been removed. This makes the app unusable unless you want to scroll through categories for every item you need.

Prior to the last update the app would tell you that prescription xxx it was time to be refilled. I waited for my next round to pop up and nothing happened. I had to review my history to make sure I ordered the correct prescription.

I spent 4 yrs trying to get into my account customer service helped me but had to answer some questions, I am very happy I have my account finally

It is really stupid that I can not add my young kids as my family without creating an account for them. CVS is way better.

Please fix. Will not allow me to enter my date of birth. Defaults to today’s date and no option to change. Keyboard does not appear. I’m frustrated. The old app was so easy to use.
