The app is useless because the pharmacy won’t have the prescriptions done by the time I say I will pick them up. For the past two months I have given them two and three days respectively and they still don’t have the prescriptions done. The pharmacist told me I need to call them personally. What’s the purpose of having an app to do refills if I have to call the pharmacy to make sure the prescriptions are filled? Rite Aid is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I would much rather go to Walgreens where they fill prescriptions on time but my insurance won’t let me go there.

So far my upgraded app is not working properly, I can’t get to the online shopping cart to check out items in my cart.

Rx functionality is awful. Tells me i have no refills left when i have 4. Refills still show up as ready to refill after I submit refill request and am given a pickup time. BTW this applies to the website too, not just the app.

Keeps searching for location, even when set zip code. Location on or off won’t let shop.

The app stopped working, 2x it made it seem like it had put in my scripts to be refilled but the store did not receive them. Dangerous when you need your medications!

This app is not user friendly. You can’t easily manage your own prescriptions and that, to me, is very important. The app ranks right up there with the Fallbrook, Ca store. They are the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

Remove the 5-star ratings from years past and you have realistic view of this apps functionality. Rite Aid means the Pharmacy to me. I want the app to be easy to navigate my to medication list, ready to refill items, and an easy to select options. Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Delineate the store products, coupons, and sale items from the pharmacy! Jim in Rosemead
