Tried to redeem a gc, it’s still pending and it’s been about a week. They keep prompting me to enter an email. I did 3x and error messages keep preventing me from moving forward. I have almost $30 and I can’t collect it. Waste waste waste of time! Delete this scam app now!!!
Forced to log in to personal email to use

The app suddenly is requiring you to log in with your personal email address and password through the app to be able to scan receipts. I’m not talking about logging into the app itself, now you have to also log in with your private password to your personal email though the app. Talk about data breach. I’m deleting g this app and you should not download it. Trust me it’s a waste of time too. You literally get 2 pennys for each receipt you upload. Think about how long till you earn just a dollar lol. There are better apps. This one is sad and poorly designed.

Beware this app is a scam they will track your phone and forcing to remove your other app and sell your email to all spammers. You will never get to cash out any single cent. Please report this app they are scammer

Update: Coinout does not need my personal email password. You have the email address(that I signed up with)and my phone number. If this is how you choose to harvest personal private passwords, I will no longer use this app. There are plenty more reward apps out there that do not ask you to enter in your email password. Thank you Your recent change to 2 receipts a day and having to connect my email, no privacy regarding personal email. I already have an email connected to the app. Cashing out then deleting your app. I generally save my receipts for the week, waste of time having to do receipts every day. Bad decision on your part. Sad because I used to love this app.

It’s taken me 1 year 8 months to collect $35.21. I did get my gift card and yea, I know it’s free money but to spend my time scanning 7 receipts for literally pennies is not worth it. I did scan some receipts after I cashed out for my gift card & today I was going to scan some more and it’s telling me to connect to my email. Unfortunately it suddenly DOES NOT accept the email that I use for shopping and apps. It did before when I started almost years ago and registered my email. I don’t want my regular email suddenly getting junk emails from apps so I’m deleting. You can keep the $0.29 left on my app. Totally not worth the time. I never did any of their “offer” because there was never anything that I would use. DELETING!!!

This app is wanting my email and google password. No other app I have ever had asked for these! Makes me wonder if this app has alternative motives. There are so many more apps like this that are better overall. After this review I’m closing my acct and deleting this app.

Unbelievable that the email address I’ve had tied to this account for months is no longer acceptable to them. They now only support a few different email domains and expect you to input a new one and give them your email password. So if that email was not tied to your PayPal good luck Cashing out. 6 months wasted.If I could give them zero stars I would.

I haven’t received any of the huge cash back offers for any tasks I completed. Only Pennie’s for receipts! Never got cash for Lili offer, Stash offer or Venmo. I emailed customer service and nothing was done. This app is a waste of time and energy! Save the space on your device!!!

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been scanning receipts for 3 months and now it will not allow me to scan more unless I provide them with access to my email account (email address & email password.) RIDICULOUS! Do not give anyone any of your passwords. They require you to have $20 before they will let you cash out and I’m not even 1/4 of the way there. Will delete app
