App won’t let me sign in, then tells me all my answers to the security questions are incorrect (and I know they are in fact correct) On top of that there seems to be no way to communicate to rite-aid or reset the app. So big failure for on this one.
Can’t add pharmacy

Horrible app. I wish I could give zero stars. I can’t add my pharmacy. Every time I’ve tried I get an error. I’ve tried on connected to WiFi and cellular. I’ve tried typing my prescription number and I’ve tried scanning it. I’ve been trying to use this app for over a month and it just doesn’t work. It’s easier to call in for a refill

I have had problems with your site over the last couple of months, both with my iOS app and via Safari on my Mac. I’ve tried to get help many times.There is not really a technical support number. When I contactedCustomer support the response was actually that “it hasn’t for forever”. She said there isn’t a technical support and I should talk to the store. It’s really a shame, because when it is working makes managing prescriptions so much easier.
Wish there was a way to pay co-pays

Rather than paying online through a browser, it would be so much easier pay through this app for co-pays! Please consider adding this feature. Not really useful otherwise.

Did latest update today. Now, when I try to use the finger login, it says login failed. Gonna lock me out of account. Wtg!!!
