App is impossible

David in Pennsylvania

This app is impossible for me to use with prescriptions. When I try to add prescriptions, it always assumes I’m in Alabama (first state alphabetically) even though it knows my city and zip. Then after I fix that it wants info from my prescription. After scanning a bar code (which works) it still wants my birthdate again which I just told them in the previous screen. There are also 4 security questions you have to add and each one gives you a choice of questions. But on the last question you can’t scroll to the last question because it’s mostly covered by the keyboard (iPhone 13 pro). Finally when you get though all that…it fails because it says you ran out of time. Even when you restart the app and start over and are quick.

Hardly useful site

FrankenLieder

I found it useful at one time. Since it is all most impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone the site has also degraded. I tried to oder a script and was told by the site I couldn’t order it at all. The next time I tried to to order the same script on the same day it allowed me to order it. How stupid is that?

Remove prescriptions that are no longer valid

The app works great and very useful when refilling scripts that are required on a regular basis It would be nice if RX numbers that are deemed "non refillable" could be in a different catagory sometimes you have trial and error to find one that's refillable. Also if you could disable a script that is no longer needed.

Horrible For Prescription Service

Nicwitch

It doesn't show what Rx's are being filled and won't let you request a refill for some even though you have refills available and they aren't expired. For me and my husband the texts from the pharmacy is more reliable. We are Bartells customers and the switch over to the new system caused major issues with our Rx's. With the bartells app everything was transparent. We knew when they were being filled, we didn't have any problems. Now that rite aid is in charge it's been problem after problem and I know a lot of people have switched pharmacies because of it.

Works, but…

I’m not sure any developer or company actually uses their own apps. Sure, it’s ok but it’s far from great. Let’s just critique one thing. Say you want to refill a prescription. You go to the medication, you click refill, you put in a day/time you’d like it ready and exit out. Then you go refill another medication and repeat the process. Now, where is the tab telling you what medication is in process? It’s nowhere! Gone! You just hope and pray that when you drive up to the window it’s actually ready for pickup and those odds aren’t good either.

Needs to be iPad friendly

dearbuddhacat

I use my iPad horizontally like most people. This app needs to be iPad friendly, e.g. horizontal! iPad is not just a big iPhone

Lousy app

KMKazie

Lousy, counterintuitive navigations. It's painful. And from time to time, the navigation his a dead end and freezes the app.

Kuddos to Rite Aid in Coudersport

Sparlene

Yvette was so helpful, she showed me how to set the app up on my phone and how to clip the coupons. She is always very friendly and helpful when I ask questions. This is why I continue to shop at Rite Aid.

Unable to add pharmacy function to my account.

BobUWadoo

I am unable to add pharmacy function to my account. The app keeps asking me to complete form using info on a current prescription….but nothing seems to work.
