Frustrated...
Novice User to App

I have had this app for over a year and I absolutely love it WHEN it works! I’m standing in front of my PC trying to help her with an order she placed and the Pulse App will not open. It just keeps glitching. I am so frustrated with this app. Please fix the glitches. I know I’m not the only one having problems with the app. Thank you.


Practically useless tool

If I could give 0 stars for this app I would. It’s the least productive app on my phone but I NEED it AND PAY FOR IT to work this business!! It crashes all the time, takes FOREVER to load data, and doesn’t contain the basic information necessary to take action to build, maintain, or grow my business. Access to product line and pricing via the app (not via the other site links) should be a top priority. Being able to communicate to customers and up lines, should be a priority. Linking the incentive site and having visibility to corporate events in my area should be a priority! I shouldn’t have to get ANOTHER app to work R+F business! DO??BETTER??TODAY??

Absolutely garbage app; it seldom works and when it does, is not even that helpful. To add insult to injury, consultants have to PAY to use this piece of crap. I canceled my pulse subscription out of principle; and will not consider renewing until R+F treats their consultants how we should be treated, with better tools that we shouldn’t have to pay for. Where does the income from Pulse subscriptions get used? Clearly not for improvements or investments in the tech infrastructure. Pathetic.

I have deleted and reinstalled twice! I get a blank white screen after logging in. That is all! Super frustrating!

Come on R+F.....for a company who touts customer service their app or lack there of is extremely disappointing. I too have deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times and it still isn’t working correctly. Please fix the problem and help the people who are making money for your ‘company’


App not working; HOWEVER...

Sure, the app is not working as it should. But I am appalled by the reviews here regarding this. I get that as Consultants we pay for it. I get that it doesn’t work correctly right now. I also get that sometimes a new rollout doesn’t go as planned. These types of outages are never anticipated are are extremely frustrating for all persons affected. However, when did we become so quick to bash a company we believe in and are proud to represent just because we have to access our information a different way temporarily?! Part of being an entrepreneur is rolling with the punches... having good problem solving tactics and demonstrating a positive mindset. My goodness people, RELAX. I get it’s an inconvenience; I have a large customer base of approx 100 and I am a LV Consultant... so I get it. But have some grace while they work to fix this. It will all work out! ✌?
