No doubt the skincare is on point but this billion dollar company can never seem to roll out a new piece of technology without massive glitches. Maybe it’s time to spend some of that dough in the technology arena! It makes the company look bad. And let’s not forget you charge me for this on a monthly basis. Please get it together or give me a refund!

I’m grateful for a company that goes above and beyond to make sure their business owners have access to information on the go. This app continues to improve and has come a long way in the 4 years I’ve been a business owner. People tend to always complain about tech departments when things go bad. But this team doesn’t get enough praise. We have a desktop global platform that is always ? and they’ve worked hard to provide us with this platform as well. So thankful for the added versatility. Keep up the great work!

Got newest Pulse app; still having issues. I removed the older apps. Bummer.. can’t get in. Contacting RF on Mon.... I might try removing and re- add App again.

It doesn’t update and my numbers can stay the same even when receiving orders. Now I just keep getting a white screen. Not happy It’s just getting worse and with each update. I should have to delete and reinstall it several times a day or each time in hope to hopefully be able to check if an order updated. Also first page with numbers never updates even after being able to see an order under orders.

No matter how many times I delete the app, re upload it, update it, it will forever not work for me. It’s so frustrating because I always check my app and LTW through that. Now it’s so harder for me to track what I’m doing unless I log onto a computer and I don’t always have time to do that. Please fix this R+F!

This app is a disgrace and frankly embarrassing. I refuse to recruit new consultants until our tech team can get it together. It is always something. I’ve had it.

Well actually I can’t comment on how the app works as I have yet to be able to access it!? I keep hearing it is fixed and working, nope! I haves called and tried all the uninstall and reinstall suggestions and still nothing! How can we be charged for access to something we can’t access!?!?

This app never works. It never loads. I have to uninstall and reinstall to *sometimes* get it to work.

With the latest update, you have to actually log in to the app every single time, just like the website. I used to like the app because it was faster. It’s so slow to open, slow to load information, and slow to update. I’m not happy that This isn’t state of the art.
