Failure to launch

This new update is still not working! Keeps telling me to check my internet connection or contact support! Some days I can log in once or twice. Then, the next time I get the error message! So frustrating having to go into my account every single time!! I had no problems with the old pulse logging on!

I have been a consultant for 2 years - this app has always been a joke. My husband works in tech and he always laughs at me for what I have to put up with as a consultant. We pride ourselves as being a mobile business, yet I cannot honestly tell people that it’s easy or convenient to run my business from my phone. You need a laptop because this app is so unreliable. We PAY for this service - what a rip off. 24 months x $24.95 = unhappiness.

Paying monthly for the technology, you expect it to work when you need it. Yet for a very long time the app (& occasionally the website) has been unreliable. I take using that word very serious as it truly is the worst thing to be called in business. For too long now the company has shared that they are working on their technology, yet they need to stop adding features so they can fix the foundation. Without that the rest will Not following. I love this company so I hope they start listening better to those who are building it for them. This must happen now.

This App is the absolute WORST. I just had to delete it again and reinstall it AGAIN. This has been going on for months.

Ummm white screen I am borked. Please fix! Help!!! Update. Was working. Not working again. Deleted AGAIN Reinstalled AGAIN worked for the moment. But about 100 consultants had the same issue. Sent feedback to sales support. Pls pls pls fix this. I depend on this app!! And pls make it so we don’t have to sign in Every.Single.Time.

This is THE worst app ever. Like ever. Trying to run a biz from your phone when it NEVER works. Fun! If there was a zero option for stars, I’d give it zero stars. ?


Bring back the old version

Ever since the app was updated s few weeks ago, I have had consistent problems with logging into the app. I do not like having to log in every time. I prefer having it keep me logged in... please update and make the app more user friendly!!!

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app numerous times. The latest problem is during login with an error telling me to check my internet connection. My entire house is working on my internet, but this app is not. Previously, after logging in, the app would simply stay in loading spinning mode and not pull up the information. Frustrating.


Not able to use

While my app opens okay, and everything on my iPhone works properly, I’ve not ever been able to use the app the way it says to use it. It’s minimal at best and inefficient. Sorry, but if I had to use this for sales, I would quit.
