App not working; HOWEVER... – R+F PULSE Review

Sure, the app is not working as it should. But I am appalled by the reviews here regarding this. I get that as Consultants we pay for it. I get that it doesn’t work correctly right now. I also get that sometimes a new rollout doesn’t go as planned. These types of outages are never anticipated are are extremely frustrating for all persons affected. However, when did we become so quick to bash a company we believe in and are proud to represent just because we have to access our information a different way temporarily?! Part of being an entrepreneur is rolling with the punches... having good problem solving tactics and demonstrating a positive mindset. My goodness people, RELAX. I get it’s an inconvenience; I have a large customer base of approx 100 and I am a LV Consultant... so I get it. But have some grace while they work to fix this. It will all work out! ✌?
