Last update ruined the app

Since the last update I have nothing but problems. It was entirely unusable for a couple of weeks. Now it crashes constantly and says, “Something went wrong! Contact customer care.” Who has time for that? Please fix it. I loved it before and had no complaints whatsoever. Now it’s just a headache!

Because I wanted to be really good and useful I end up deleting it and re-downloading it and trying umpteen times to make it work but it just doesn’t. Finally got past getting nothing but a white screen but still can scarcely log in. Super frustrating when it could be super useful.

We pay for this app and depend on it for our business and it just doesn’t work. I can not express my frustration at the poor functionality of this app on so many levels. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I really hope the complaints are being heard.

I have a hard time understanding how a multimillion dollar company has a business app that doesn’t work and has a rating of 1 Star. I am a fairly new business consultant. I have this app which did work before the upgrade. Now when I try to open the app there is nothing there but a white screen. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall but I still just get a blank screen no words no color nothing. I have been told by sponsors to just be patient, I’m trying but nothing has changed it doesn’t even try to load. Please look into this problem 5/10/1920, I just tried to open the app and again there is a problem. It worked for a short time now it just tells me there is something wrong with my internet. I can’t log into the app. All my other apps work and my email just not this app and it is still rated 1 Star. Again I am not impressed please fix this.

What is going on with this app. With the amount of money we are helping this company make, you would think they could get their app to work for consultants to provide the best service to their clients. Please fix this app. It is embarrassing.

Pulse worked fine until the update. Now all I do is delete and reinstall it. Please fix it
