Frustrating app

I have been a RF consultant for five years and, like many consultants, I run my RF business on the go. So I was very excited to hear that our Pulse app was getting an upgrade. Boy, was I disappointed. ?? I have to login every time I try to get on it...with no option to stay logged in. Oftentimes, I get the Oops, something went wrong message. If I am successful at getting into the app, the information is not up to date. The app has lots of potential. I’m not sure why the doctors are unable to offer a strong tech component for their consultants. Hopefully, they will see the importance soon and remedy the situation.

This app was good until the new website launched. Now i get a Salesforce login screen that doesn't recognize me, then I am asked to use my domain-made a good guess here! Once in the website, not the actual easy-to-use app anymore, the button to get to Pulse is dead! Nothing happens, so now I have nothing available on my phone to work my biz. This is very frustrating!!

I’m in my 3rd year with R+F and this app is so inconsistent. I have a less than 6 month old iPhone and regularly have problems with the app working. The only thing this app does consistently is not work. I get the message ‘something went wrong’ more often than I get my info.

This is literally the worst business app I’ve ever used. Linking things on an email & being told to sign in with your pulse Acct sign in but not making sure those things actually link is shoddy work at best. I expect better of a company that is making billions of dollars.

I used this app daily. The first of this year was the first time I had issues with it but that glitch seems to have been fixed. It was very aggravating at that time because this is what I use on a daily basis since I work full time and do not have computer access all the time. This last update seems to be working well. Please make sure it stays this way. If more people would try it, I think it would be utilized even more. Nice app to have.
