Hard to check out

Every time I check out, no rewards. I have to go back into the app & manually enter my order number & amount…then they act as if they are going to make an exception & give me money back for the transaction whilst I was trying to check out using the app anyway. Very inefficient.

Great Service - Wishing For Higher % Cashback

I love this service and it’s saving me money on my every day shopping- however I find it difficult that I have to shop within the app on my iPhone and I wish the percent cashback was higher in many stores that I buy essentials from because I’m already paying a lot out of pocket for the goods I buy and it would benefit me greater as a consumer if I were to save even more money as I shop so I can afford to buy more with my shopping money. Otherwise a great service and I love that the cashback is automatic rather than me having to mail in for a rebate or anything such as that.

Seems they are very happy to pay cash back as long as it isn’t over a few dollars. For larger dollar amounts they don’t pay then blame the merchant for not verifying the purchase when you put in for missing cash back. Really? So most of the merchants I shop with all are not verifying my purchases? Even if that were true that sounds like their problem and shouldn’t be mine! And when I go to see my list of shopping trips somehow the one I ask them to research mysteriously disappears from my list. Funny when it was there before I put in for my missing cash back. I’ve only been a customer for a few months but so far I am less than impressed!

I continue to use this app to make reservations at Marriott hotels. I never get reimbursed. I’m done.
Missing cash back

I looked through my spending and noticed I didn’t receive multiple store credits. I saw a lot of pending of kohl’s that were never updated. When contacting them they said I had to sent more information on the purchases. I thought the whole purpose was that they worked with the store and applied credit when the sale was complete. Buyer beware if you shop on online you will have to keep track of all purchases as well as checking for proper credit. This is turning into for trouble then it worth.

I tend to buy a lot from Amazon because they have just about everything @ usually lowest prices on net & low shipping. They used to be on Rakuten but aren’t anymore. I find now there are more specialized stores like Adidas that has nothing that a plus size woman with short extra wide feet can wear & the prices are far too high. I love that chewy is still part of Rakuten for my pet stuff. Not sure if I get credit for in store purchases @ BJs Club?
Frustrating setup not worth it!!

Tried no less than 7 times to setup address but email came 15 minutes later the app wouldn’t accept the code. Get you stuff together or don’t time out so quickly. This too much trouble to fight with.
