I’ve been a member of Ebates, now Rakuten since 2001. I’ve earned a lot of cash back. It’s the best site of its kind. I have had some issues lately and not receiving the cash back that I should be but it’s the only time I’ve had issues like this. Otherwise, it’s great!

I love Rakuten since I been a member. Shopping online made it exciting by Rakuten. Only one request, i hope when you have the lists of the stores, if you can include the product they're selling, especially the stores new to me or never heard of, like Lenovo or Blossance. It would be helpful if you can add the item they're selling or known for under its product name...such as clothing, carpet, make up, shoes... one descriptive word is enough. Please and thank you. Mari, a devoted customer/Washington state.
Doesn’t track purchases correctly

I shop through Rakuten every time online. Did 85% of my Christmas shopping and it didn’t give me any rebates or track them.

Good for the most part I don’t always get my bonuses though I didn’t order for BarkBox and never received anything as well as the children’s place but most of the time it’s pretty good

I make purchases through Rakuten to buy baby formula through Walmart and it’s not giving me any cash back. It’s staying at $1.92 complete waste of time!
