Not saving anymore

I have been a user of this app for years with $2k lifetime cash back. I found when shopping for Christmas this year the savings were nonexistent. For example- has a browser window open with 10 items in cart at the Gap. I opened a second window with this site, clicked Gap with 10% cash back and added the same items to the cart. The original browser window was a cheaper total price. The window opened through rakuten inflated the original price of all items. I tried it again with Ulta and the same thing. There used to be real savings here, but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
Instacart doesn’t work well.

Tried out Rakuten today, Heard, a lot of good things, did not experience any of those things Coupon codes: Fail Money back: Extra Fail Rakuten: Fail It might work for the rest of you, but not this grouch. I’d give you 0 stars if that was even an option.

I ordered boots from Macy’s through Rakuten. My first order. Thank you for the check I received today. Great deal on the boots I ordered and then to receive a check . I will continue to order through Rakuten.

I signed up a couple of years ago or so. Skeptical at the beginning, I made small purchases and chose the “Paper Check” option for my “rebates (ebates.com was the name of the site at the time). To keep this short yet concise, over time and after multiple purchases, some of which were large; such as computer monitors then a new Dishwasher from Samsung, servers, laptops and workstations from Dell, Hotel bookings, etc. I have, up-to-date, received close to $3,000. Even their “Missing Cashback” process is simple and fast. I have recommended the (now) Rakuten site, app and overall service to all my family and all the friends I was able to reach. Feel free to ask me any questions or if you’re hesitating using the app/service. And, NO, I have neither direct, nor indirect interest, relationship, ownership and/or any other financial incentive to endorse this App/Service, other than what I stated above, the rebates I receive for my purchases from enrolled vendors. was a big skeptic. I thought, initially, that there must be a catch. I was wrong. Most if not all of my favorite shopping retailers participate in the eBates program and the rewards are very real! I got over $200 in 3 month and this was just me trying it out. Now, I will be shopping always through eBates. It's an awesome and a simple, yet great concept and is a well executed and operated business. They're always adding retailers and services. Thank you eBates. My one negative is that they still mail physical check, no option for ACH and they send checks once a month, so as a customer, I have to wait a while to get the cash back. I hope they're working on adding either electronic transfers OR issue their own debit cards, or both options. Of course the security will have to be very tight. I have high confidence they're working on a feature like that, and no I am not an employee. Just a big fan and active customer :)
Amazing Savings & Easy to Use

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years & love it! I have it on all my devises. It automatically tells me what the cash back percentage is when I am on a participating retailer’s website. I just have to activate the savings when it prompts me. In addition, some retailers have additional coupons & Rakuten shows them so I can copy the code; MORE savings! I completely recommend this app.

I started to really like this app, since it did seem easy to use. I haven’t gotten credit for several purchases recently, and when I tried to resolve the issue, the automated assistant is useless. I would love to change this review to 5 star, but not if the issues are not resolved.
