I ordered thousands of dollars worth of products in November and December of 2021 from multiple stores (Macy’s, TSC, Penney’s to name a few) and multiple orders at a few of those stores. I should have well over $400 in cash back and I have $0!!! I knew I would be making lots of purchases so I made sure I activated rakuten so how with ALL of those orders did none of them get registered?!?! Don’t count on getting any money from these thieves!

Was banned for absolutely no reason and the only response I received was they’re unable to fix the issue and sorry. Horrible company that takes years to communicate.
