I love Rakuten and I love the Rakuten Support personnel!!! They really do help you out!! They should really screen their companies they work with though!! I have had the worst experience using 1-800-Flowers for the very first time this year!! They have messed up every order I placed, their customer service is ridiculous and their products are horrible!

Getting worse over the years

I’ve been a member for 10+ years and my experience with ebates/rakuten has been getting worse. My shopping trips we’re tracking correctly, missing cash back hornored when the company was still called ebates. However when it’s transitioned to rakuten, untracked cashback shopping trips increased, and friend referral was never approved. I referred my friend who literally lives 1000 ft away from me but customer service claimed he’s not living in the US. What a shame on rakuten.
