I was referred by a friend and she sent me over her link and I signed up. Neither of us received our cash back once I made my purchases. We both emailed in and we have been ignored. No responses back. It has you link your credit card to restaurants. Then every time you use your card at them you are supposed to automatically get cash back. This doesn’t happen. It links the card but it doesn’t not give you any cash back or show you had a meal. I used my link Visa card at Culver’s and still have not received any thing. This is why I’ve rated this app 4 stars. Other than that this app is great.

December 12/2021 I ordered two item from under armor .but I still did not get my cash back. After order online. I got notifications from under armor.they said my cash back amount will be transfer to my account after one week but it’s been more than a month I have not received any cash back amount.??that’s make me really mad. I will subject everyone do not trust this app.

I placed a $3,000 order on a massive 11% cash back day from a participating merchant. I used the Rakuten app. I received a confirmation email of the order. I received the order. The cash back balance reported the massive 11% cash back … then disappeared! Not cool. I contacted Rakuten support several times and they fixed it. It seems that when a participation merchant neglects to verify the purchase, you lose the cash back. Thank you Rakuten Support for sorting this all out.

Two years and there is no reason not to use this app unless you like giving away money.
