Apple Pay does not work – Raise - Discounted Gift Cards Review

For some reason, the Raise app will not let me check out with Apple Pay. I keep getting an error that my Billing address is incorrect, when it is, in fact, correct. I even confirmed this with my bank! Of course, Raise does not provide after-hours support so I am SOL.
