Would be better if checking out didn’t fail so often

More than half the times I’ve tried to check out the process fails over and over again. At other times I don’t have any issues. It seems like there are server side issues which happen relatively often which sully the experience.

You can never get a customer service to help you, even with your card has some issues, either the phone was never answered or they hang up on you. Really bot cool
It's illegal for gift cards to expire. That's a fact.

Years ago legislation was passed making it illegal for a company which has sold gift cards to put an expiration date on it. The giftcard must be accepted no matter how much time has passed. The reason is that the gift card is money. It's legal tender. Just as money has no expiration date, gift cards as well have no expiration date. It doesn't matter if the company policy says their gift cards will expire, it's completely illegal. Developers, please do some research into this matter and you'll find the truth in my my statement. It's the law. If you don't honor gift cards, no matter how long it's taken someone to use it, you are doing something illegal, and unless you change that policy, you're risking lawsuits and the ruination of your business. The money paid for the gift cards never expires, and neither do the gift cards which represent that money.

I purchased a e-gift card $245 on 1/2017, I used one time. I checked the balance on 1/2018, there still have balance $177, because it still within 1year guarantee. But it just two months pass the guarantee, I tried to use it again, there was $0 and I called to check out, the department said someone who have the original card redeemed it in the store... I contact raise service they’re only respond is the order being outside of the 1 guarantee time period，they can’t do anything for me. Disappointed and feel dishonest!

I have been using raise for about 2 years and I’ve had enough. I sold a $25 gift card over a month ago and received an email this morning that the card was denied. I sent raise an email and they never responded. They went ahead and charged my credit card for the negative balance they placed on my account today. I’m reporting it as fraud as I sold a legitimate card and they are charging my card without my consent.

Does anyone hear a business setting a purchase limits for their consumers？I legally paid in full amount and legally use the giftcards. The raise still REFUSE to sell giftcards. So why you open your store？Why don't you close and don't sell them？it's a worst company that has price discrimination！！！
I come to Raise for ALL my gift card needs.

This is the only place I come for gift cards. Why not? You’ll NEVER pay full price ever again! And it keeps track of how much money you’ve saved...or rather...‘Raised’. Lol! ?
