Awful service.

publix delivery is awful.

The earliest delivery is tomorrow… it’s Sunday…. Went with normal Instacart through Kroger instead.

Where’s the BOGO’s List?!?!

This update took away the BOGO’s list….now I have to search through all categories to find them which is a huge pain. Bring it back!

App update is terrible

I love shopping Publix but always use the app to shop. Recently the app updated where you can no longer click on “view more” on the weekly deals. I have no way to see all of the BOGO items like before. Shopping using the app has become a cat & mouse game searching for items that were always easily accessible, but no longer. I’m very disappointed and canceled insta cart for this reason. If I can’t show efficiently it’s not worth paying the monthly premium.

Stolen food

PlutoRobyn

Someone went to a Publix store and pretended to be me and stole my order all because Instacart doesn’t have a policy for asking for ID at a pick up or to confirm with the purchaser that they are there to get the order. UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN!!!

Not User Friendly

HP this is stupip

This app needs a lot of improvement. It is not a user friendly app.

Keep getting wrong items

Cosmily

I have food allergies and am VERY limited in what brands I can have. Even though I have instructions to Do Not Replace if an item is unavailable. The shoppers keep replacing the item instead. So now I have a product I can’t eat and still need to go to the store to take it back (I abhor wasting food.) but I need to buy the actual product I need. And the product I need is almost always actually available.

Horrible even with Mgr. help in store

Horrible app with terrible user interface. First off, it came up looking like the Publix app. Only a small carrot on icon shows it’s different- it’s really Instacart for Publix. There’s no way to schedule your order time, it chooses for you. It appears to allow you to modify, but only allows “add items”. Also there is no way to cancel the order even if it is immediately after and before an Instacart shopper is assigned. It says to look for the chat bubble but it is not where directions state it is. In fact, I’ve not found it at all. Finally had to call the toll free phone number store manager gave me to cancel it. Of course it will be up to 7 days for refund. Total crap. Use the “ Publix” app instead.

No Nutritional info included

As a family with multiple food allergies, it is absolutely necessary to read labels that include ingredients. It’s very disappointing that this app does not include multiple pictures of products so that we can make sure we are purchasing safe foods. The Kroger app does a good job of this and I’m willing to drive a little farther for that reason.

Not the Best for Publix Shoppers

AunestReviews

This app; despite being made to help Publix shoppers does not accept anyPublix gift cards OR promos, only instacart. So if you are looking for a normal Publix experience; this is not it. They charge more than Publix prices and will not accept Publix coupons or deals. It’s only worth it if the convenience of pickup/delivery is a high priority than the inconvenience of changing your usual shopping budget. So think it over before downloading another doordash doppelgänger.
