I just got a $99 membership charge on my card!

Not cool. A month after I still haven’t used it and I just got a membership fee charged to my card. ?

Orders come early, no flexibility on bogo selection, and I will take the personal touch and control of the Shipt service every time.

Convenient and occasionally super fast but I once checked the map during delivery to see how close they were and I watched the driver stay in the same place on a road that was opposite the direction of the store and my home for over ten minutes. Did he go home for a while before bring my stuff? I don’t know but usually I get a better person. My only complaint about the app is I hate that I choose a replacement ahead of time and the shopper doesn’t use that information. I constantly have to check if I need to tell them the replacement again. And if the replacement isn’t available you get a refund instead of an opportunity to replace again.

No BOGOS section for delivery....

I love it BUT....There’s no bogos section in the browse section to purchase for delivery. It’s Not under browse or sales. I’m a BOGO chick! ? Also it’s NOT easy to add an item once order is placed like it claims. Where are the instructions or HUGE add button? Thanks!

It was a pleasure to use this app in the beginning but last 2 orders and the answers I got as a “help” was really disappointing. I understand that my business is worthless so I’ll take it elsewhere.

❤️❤️Love Publix! ❤️❤️ But this app needs tweaking. Don’t like having to go through Instacart, they put a hold on our account & even for returns having to go through them. I would rather go through Publix completely without a go between. I won’t use this app until these change take place - if at all.

This is brilliant! I absolutely have no time to goto the store all the time so I can just order whatever i need on my way home from work and have all my groceries and dinner a few minutes after I arrive home. I save on energy && this is just one less thing to worry about for people who work a lot or is just lazy to goto the store.

They up mark everything on the app which is ridiculous and they’re charging a delivery fee but there are marking all their food on there from Publix

I placed my order early in the morning so I can have it delivered to me by 2-3pm. Never got a notification or had someone ring my door. I woke up at 2 to see if my items are here nothing. Went back to bed because I work the night shift. Woke up at 3 and found all my items on my front door step covered in ants and soaked because it’s raining here in Florida. The most unprofessional delivery system I have ever used!

Why in the world wouldn’t you keep it simple to use a local shopper and the same person to deliver? Why are my groceries being shopped at a store thirty minutes away when there is a Publix with shipt shoppers there all the time?
