Bring back BOGO list

I’m considering dropping this service if the app doesn’t make it easy to see ALL BOGOs again for a quicker experience. I use this service for efficiency and the new changes are far from that.

Used to when you went in to start scouring for groceries there was a view more tab by all listings, that has since gone away and that was a nice tab to click on, made maneuvering so much easier, need to get that tab back

They charged my card for more than my receipt says, and then didn’t give me a third of my groceries. Called to reconcile and Publix didn’t take any responsibility they just sent me back to Instacart. They’ve both lost my business. Shop elsewhere.

Can’t ever see all the BOGO sales anymore because developers took the “view more” button/link away that was beside Weekly Savings category. Thanks a lot. I guess you don’t want my money anymore, Publix.

No offense your app could really use an update and I checked for an update and it did not need one. now I see why Insta cart shopper say people aren’t replying we can’t see the messages I have to close out of my app then get back in my app then go to my order to hit chat because if not it’s just a blank screen it doesn’t look like I have any messages y’all might want to fix that.

Freezing

The latest update is freezing on navigation using the back arrow or the cart in the upper corners of the application. I have to minimize app and come back to get to the screens.

Publix at Snow Hill Village, store #1244 does not offer curbside pick up or in-store pick up for store-wide items. Too bad. It’s the third decade of the 21st century, Publix, come up to par with your competition

I made my list. I checked it twice. Publix app is naughty and I’m not feeling nice. It gives an error when I try to complete my order. ?

App has bugs

App is continually developing New weird bugs. It’s really annoying. Current issues include communication with the shopper not appearing in the chat box portion of the app if they send a photo all text disappears from the chat portion of the app. Also if you try to switch to text as your preferred method of calm communication once they close out your order, the app decides to then display an alert your phone for every message you take back-and-forth despite the order being delivered and on my kitchen counter my phone is blowing up with every text we made.
