I was so excited about the features and using this app to record a video series today . Well if you actually want volume in your videos and your content to save run away and fast . I can’t believe after hours of recording , all of my takes didn’t save . I have over 23 minutes of video with no sound and over an hour or video that never saved . I am beyond disappointed, and now have to go through the production of it all again :(

Every time I change anything in the settings, it locks up the app and I have to quit and reopen to get it to work. For a $20 app bugs like this are not acceptable.

Extremely Unreliable

Worked when initially installed, then the voice scrolling became erratic, randomly stopping when recording videos. Finally, the whole program crashed. Tech support takes days to respond. I missed several video auditions as a result. Tech support says delete and reload? How to do that without buying the program again? Whoever keeps “improving” this program has lost my confidence.

I would like my money back for the app and for the remote control app. This app is unusable. It always jumps multiple lines ahead, and what I wanted to read ends up off screen, and this is happening no matter how small the script is (and yes, I have it set to single line in settings, if that matters). It's frustrating even to try using it. I have an iPhone 7 in great condition, ios 12. I even plug in a Rode mic to it, and the problem persists. It's the app. It's not ready, at least not for all devices. It should never have been released this soon. They should offer money back because that a lot of money I have them for nothing.

Was working great and I upgraded to premium and now freezes

I get message “Voicetrack initializing. Long scripts can take several minutes” and it just spins and no longer works at all because can’t get past that. I let it run for 30 minutes and only have 3 scripts at 1 minute or less loaded have deleted everything else

This “VoiceTrack” tech only works sporadically; and I was holding my tablet in my hand, a foot from my face. It scrolls erratically, often falls behind, and then freezes every so often just to frustrate you further. And it is not my tech, because my tablet is brand new. This app is a twenty dollar gigantic waste of time and money, and I just downloaded this app so it definitely isn’t an update problem. Thus far, their customer service is about as functional as the product...... what a disappointment...

This would be amazing if it didn’t constantly get stuck. Expensive for something unreliable Edit Even more frustrating than before. It’s been initializing a very short script for several minutes. Very frustrating app

Fatal Flaw

I’ve been using this app for several months and have largely been liking it except for one fatal flaw. When editing the text, if you don’t click “done” and instead hit the play command it deletes all the changes and reverts back to the old version of the text. This has burnt me on several live broadcasts at my school. It is extremely frustrating and easily fixed. All they need to do is have a pop up window asking if you’d like to keep the changes or not. Done. I wish I could get a refund. Biggest waste of money ever!

Removed Feature

The previous update allowed me to import all my colored fonts from docx. It certainly made life easier. However, the latest update has removed it. Can I have it back?

Not for editing

AllWork+NP

The Pro version crashes and you lose all your editing changes so make sure to save your work every minute or two. The workflow for editing during dry runs is thus very badly disjointed - so it is pretty much ONLY for camera-ready script prompter. Not for making or editing your message.
