Feeling duped

I purchased the PRO version over the free version only to find out that PRO isn't the top level. Once you purchase PRO, then you have to pay a monthly subscription if you want PREMIUM features. What happens after PREMIUM level? Will there be a forthcoming MEGA-ULTRA for-pay add-on? Disappointed: milking more money out of those of us who stepped up to the plate and already paid.

At our school we use this app to do our daily school news. The new update works great! Any issues I have had are resolved quickly through support! I LOVE PromptSmart Pro!

Very disappointed. The app is great, but expensive. Once you pay for the "Pro" version, you then have to purchase a monthly subscription in order to use features that should already be included. There are too many other prompter apps to have to pay for features in this one.

This by far has been the best addition to my video production tools. Only thing I would ask is that the note cards be able to mirror, as I see it they do not mirror like the scripts do for teleprompt. Would buy the remote function but will not subscribe as I only use a couple times a month at best.

I love that I can import scripts from drive. Some of the other features are glitchy and crash the whole app. This app works pretty well with voice recognition, which is the most exciting feature. Sometimes it goes a little too quickly and doesn't understand my pacing and I have to scroll back. This is why I was thrilled for the remote feature. I just assumed since I paid for the app that upgrades were included. And it isn't even just an additional one time purchase to add it. Subscribing to these new features for a year is more than the original price of the app! I told lots of other YouTubers to build TelePrompTers and buy this app. But not anymore. Most of us are on a shoestring budget as it is. Highly disappointed in the developers.

Love this app! We especially like the improved voice tracking system that scrolls according to our speaking speed. Like that we can also choose font color and size. Easy app to use (once you know how). Great business tool!

Look folks, I research heavily and i mean testing, comparing, and going to the developer's sites. And I'm telling you, hands down this is the cats meow of telepromters for your iPhpne or iPad. Why? Because it just works and well the voice recognition is tops! Yes it takes some tweaking with your diction and pacing - to be expected. And as far as any complaints about extended features costing an additional 1.99 subscription - get over it I'm sure you believe everyone has a right to earn a living, don't you? Besides i'd rather buy an app that gets regular updates and has a responsive developer behind it. Enough said. I Love this app and just ran a successful run through of my new show. So know you may have to tweak your script formatting and do some rehearsing but the homeworks already done - This app wins- Period!

This app takes teleprompter features to an amazing level. First, it's easy to add scripts. You can type them into the editor or upload them from Dropbox, Google Drive, and many other cloud storage services. Then, play your script with the fabulous VoiceTrack feature, which listens to your voice read the script and scrolls the script automatically, as you progress through it. It scrolls at your exact pace, automatically. I've been working with a beta which vastly improves VoiceTracks accuracy & features. Amazing. There are a multitude of options to set your preferred font type, size, and color, background color, etc. Support is nimble & quick. I had a problem on a Sunday and got a response in less than an hour. YMMV - but know that these developers get customer service! The new features available by subscription are well-worth the small investment.

Cool app—but the voice tracking feature doesn't work for us at distances over five feet away, which was a deal breaker. We tried auto-scroll, which worked better, but could have gone with the free version. Biggest complaint is that the cancel subscription instructions aren't just wrong, we couldn't figure out how to cancel at all without contacting the developer. Still working to cancel, what a huge pain. Also, too expensive given the other similar apps available for free.
