App really blows. It does not have current prices like the web site as I compared them both. At checkout, it always tacks on high "hidden" shipping charges as well as "handling" fees and other fees. If you have to charge those expenses, add them in BEFORE the final checkout page. It's always hidden until the very last page!

I saw an ad on television for roses for Valentines Day. The app functioned so poorly I had to place 3 orders. I reached out to customer service to cancel 2 of them and was told "we aren't sure if we can stop them". The other order was left alone and showed as processed. So at least my wife was going to 1 bouquet of flowers on Valentines. Nope. The order never showed up. Customer Service told me they would research and I never heard a word back. Seems like they should invest more in their process than on marketing. I will not use them again.

Downloaded the app after seeing an add on tv. Placed an order before Valentine's Day. App sent me notification that delivery was for the 14th. Tried to surprise my wife with some roses instead I was surprised when nothing showed up. Called customer service and they told me it was scheduled to arrive on the 15th. Why would I order a valentines bouquet to have them delivered after Valentine's Day? Worst app ever and ruined my wife's Valentine's Day.

The flowers arrived the quality isn't what I expected. They arrived today and are mostly wilted and some of the edges are brown and almost dead looking next time I'll go to my local flower shop.??
Unable to add contacts

For some reason when I try to add a new contact the app just spins for eternity. The app needs an update to fix this issue.

Even when logged into the same account the app doesn't seem to know my contacts or reminders in the online account. Adding contacts from my device doesn't work right away. The is no feedback in the app about what credit cards were added or the ability to change my info. App homepage doesn't show any specials (e.g., Mothers Day). Poorly executed app.

App locks up and won't accept discount code. I was so disappointed I saw two different commercials on television today for ProFlowers. Two discount codes were offered "SWEET" and "GIVE". Each time I entered the code it said your savings have been applied but the price did not change and a $19.99 arrangement of roses or regular flowers came out to almost $50.00.

The flowers that are delivered are beautiful. The app is easy to use, it stores my contacts. Flowers have been on time. Excellent app.
