The app only allows you to see orders that were placed through the app. It should allow you to see all orders based on your login. Also, it should be more closely aligned with the website - showing specials and combination packages. The app would be great if just those two modifications.

The physical app itself is actually very good. Easy to use, easy to fill our orders, and a nice layout/design. Flowers are organized conveniently, though it's easy enough to see their selection as a whole in one page. Saves your addresses so future deliveries are easier to fill out for repeat customers. The flaw however is a pretty big one for what this app is meant for; lack of selection. I tried to use this app for a dear friend for Halloween, and the app had nothing more than 5 flower options. None of which were holiday themed, much less Halloween. The website itself however has a multitude of options, which is what I used. Why have an app if you only have 5-10 options. I used ProFlowers quite often over the passed 2/3 years, and only used this app successfully once because of their poor selections. The app is convenient, but if you're looking for particular flowers/arrangements, just use the website.

They delivered them at a great time... But they were delivered in a box.... The flowers were not yet bloomed and I am not even sure they are the right ones. I was hoping for bloomed flowers to enjoy right away, not the case at all!!!! My father also had a bad experience with ProFlowers in the past. Obviously they have not changed much

I find this web site online looking to order some flower for my wife Anniversary. The purpose of the flowers were to surprise my wife at work so look in to this web site I fine some flowers picture that I like how ever they did not have them to deliver on the same day. Pretty much almost every picture or flower arrangement I like they did not have it to deliver same day. I finally decide to go for something more basic like red roses so I place an or there at 9:30am The conformation email said they will send me an email when my wife received the flowers almost all day past and no delivery on about 4pm I call the customer service they said they have until 8 pm at night to deliver the order. Taking in consideration my wife only work until 5 pm. I tell them to that time will not work for me she call the store adding for my delivery and they said the best the can do was deliver the flowers at 5 pm so one more time I said no. To resume my wife never got the roses. Do not order from this web site.

App was easy to use, all set until delivery day. No flowers! Despite app and email showing the delivery date the second service rep said I selected the wrong date, 1st rep didn't know there was an app. Next day, wrong flowers sent. Went round and round with customer service they said they would send the correct flowers 2nd try, still not what I ordered. Avoid this at all costs!!!!
