Poor selection and flowers received were a poor representation of the image in the app. I also had an issue while ordering and which my credit card company had a fraud alert. It caused the first to get stuck somehow. I reordered and notified them of the other order that was still not completed on my app (which I just wanted cancelled obviously) after numerous emails they cancelled BOTH of my shipments. Luckily 1800flowers saved me. Will never this again.

Although I'm just now loading the app I have used pro flowers for years. Not only are they reliable, the flowers have always exceeded my expectations and on the one occasion they did not the company REPLACED the bouquet no questions asked. I highly recommend this site!

This app is nothing like the web site which i feel is shopper friendly and is easy to navigate. This app, however is a far cry from the positive experience i've had before. I'd love to see it function like a better version of the site.

App works great. Applying promo codes in the app is impossible when they don't use promo codes on the website. The asked for push notifications to alert me to my orders status but in less than a day abused the notification function to push advertising on me. I downloaded the app, set up an account and made purchases, why do you feel the need to waste your money and my time on advertising. Instead use that money to send me promo codes that work in the app.

I love ordering from ProFlowers. Always reliable and on time for every date I set for my deliveries. As for the app itself, the catalogue of flowers seem to be limited? I was looking for a certain bouquet that I found out later the website had but the app didn't. So maybe a search button, and more options on the app would be nice. And also for some reason, my data doesn't seem to be syncing. Since I found the bouquet I wanted on the website, I ordered from there but my order details don't show up on the app itself. One last thing, a previous order that the app itself told me has been delivered (and I checked with my wife too), is still showing up as "processing" on the order tab. I logged out and in again, but it still showed up the same thing. So, I don't know what's up with that. Great company but still a little bit to go with the app.

Avoid this company like the plague. My experience with them initially seemed to work out. But when they sent roses to my wife that the heads were cut off I was extremely disappointed in the quality. When I called to get a replacement they didn't have the same flowers. So I asked for another arrangement. This arrangement showed up and it was a piece of garbage. I called and cancelled all of my orders.
