Horrendous customer service, terrible delivery quality & no way to reach anyone live to actually find out what’s going on with your order. Other than that it’s awesome.

Work stinks but pays well
The app is not reflective of the website. Limited products. Does not up date current sales or seasons. My account has not been ported over from the website. No saved contacts or payment info
No search, no ability to purchase

No ability to search. And every product I select says “product is no longer available” after I select a recipient. Useless.

The app doesn’t have all the options you get from the website, so just stay with the website. It doesn’t sync your account, it shows no order but I placed an order! The app is very limited to flower options. Maybe if you put everything on the website into the app and make it sync with account then I will try the App again?

Attention all users. Since I have downloaded this app, y credit card has been compromised, the contacts that were place have also had their emails compromised. Orders were being charged to me without consent. When I called to complain, the response was someone would call back in 24 hours.
Worst service ever!!!! Don’t use !!!

I purchased flowers for my sweetheart for Valentine’s Day. Even paid an extra fee for guaranteed delivery. The flowers never made it to their destination. Apparently they didn’t use early delivery and the office closed at 5:00 pm! This is completely inexcusable! Read all the reviews and note that their service is the absolute worst !!!!!!!

Kind of minor in the scheme of things but I used the app for less than a minute before it annoyed me by assuming I wanted to send flowers to my friends work address and not the home address also in their info on my iPhone.

Although I enjoy using this app I have to admit there has only been one time that I got a set of bad flowers but this company with it is outstanding outlook on making sure you get the best flowers for your loved ones they made it right they repackaged and sent A fresh cut to my loved one and for that I highly recommend and respect their outlook on putting smiles on peoples faces I would recommend anyone to use this app to purchase flowers for your special occasion and if you have a problem all you have to do is reach out and they will make it right thanks to the many Beautiful flowers that I have received for my family

Echoing what everyone has said - the app doesn’t sync with the website in terms of orders. It also doesn’t tell you tracking numbers for orders - I had to go back and dig through my email.
