Horrible app

Does nothin but lie and take your money beware

Poor app, deceptive pricing

SPinChicago

I read the reviews for this app and decided I was download it anyway. How could it really be this bad? Plus I saw an ad for a great price for a bouquet with jar and candy to boot. I thought it would be worth it... I was wrong. It was a waste of my time and energy. First off the link to the gift package didn't let me click on it to order. Then after I had to search for it, I couldn't find it among all the other (surprise! pricier item!) offered packages. I ordered it and used Paypal. Somehow that bypassed the part where I learn how much I was about to get charged. Yet I still was expecting it would be the price that enticed me. NOPE. I was charged not just a delivery fee. Of course I didn't know how much... But I figured it would be reasonable. What was unreasonable was that I was also charged a care and handling fee. And worse even though I ordered on a Thursday, and I was asked if I wanted to pay $15 extra for a guaranteed delivery of Monday by noon (4 days away), what I want told was that they are still going to charge an extra $10 for delivering on a Monday anyway. Huh?? AMAZINGLY ABSURD. I decided to cancel by phone. I reached an overseas call center from a polite but annoying man who made me lose my patience when, after providing my name, the order number and the tenpenny name, he continued to request even more information including the delivery address. Now, if it was in the email of my order, since I was looking at it, maybe I would have shrugged and given it. But who keeps track of this detail of it's not their own address? And how is it necessary for this additional information?? There's a friggin' 12 digit order number. That's specific enough. Obviously this was upsetting enough that I thought I should write this. Plus of course, I thought I could ignore the others' low low opinion of this service/company and its awful app. There are plenty of worthy local florists who have perfectly accessible phones (and probably other ways). AVOID this company. Don't make my mistake.

No filters, search, etc

SituatedAction

Just useless... no way to narrow-down categories... which in a way makes sense because each of the ~5 categories has -maybe- 8 items.

Can't add recipient.

imaprocratin8r

Can't add recipient. Hard to send flowers if you can't tell the app who to send them to.

Zero Stars

Catskill Skier

I ordered once over ten years ago. It was crap then and worse now... they keep sending emails reminding me to send flowers to my my ex-girlfriend. Yeah, my new wife is not amused. Oh and I have unsubscribe a few times already.

Bad customer service!

Boxcuter

Don't use this service.

TERRIBLE!!!!!

Kingsav

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS THE WORST!!! They will lie to you. Get your delivery dates wrong. Get your order wrong. Just really bad overall. Just go the old fashioned way and do it yourself!

Valentines Day.

leegerr

Ordered on Feb 11th. Ordering was simple. It arrived at my wife's work at 11 am on Feb 14th. She opened the box and it was all in order, she unpacked and arranged to her liking. All was perfect!

Useless! Did not deliver at all!

JustusKay

The whole point of ordering flowers is to have it delivered on the intended day, which they don't get. Did not deliver and no way on contacting them by phone. The app is a scam. Don't use it.

Failed miserably.

Meek-123

Order was not delivered on the day indicated. Shipped from a completely different state than where the delivery address was. Shipping flowers doesn't work out well.
