As a blind guy, I hate sending flowers because I never know what they look like. Not so with this app which is not only very accessible with VoiceOver, but which provides description of the various flower arrangements. A definite win, this app should be downloaded by anyone who occasionally or frequently sends flowers.

Each time I try to choose a delivery date, the app crashes with no record of order...

In account info there is no way to update your payment info so when my card was declined (which I didn't get a notification about for two weeks) I couldn't just update the info on the order, I had to just start from scratch and reorder the whole thing. All this after ordering a few weeks early so I wouldn't have to deal with this a few days before Mother's Day (which is exactly what I ended up doing.)

Unfortunately, I cant buy any flowers because the app gets stuck trying to add a contact. I've tried at least 4 times with no luck waiting 5+ minutes for it to add a contact. I'll change my review once this bug is fixed.

I used to be a yearly customer. No more. They will spam you to death. Now they don't send you confirmation email. Cannot track desktop orders on this app. 100% terrible company with nonexistent customer service.

I love the company but hate this app. Didn't give me a chance to verify the recipients address instead it had my info auto populate. Pretty sure I just send flowers to myself and am unable to cancel

I thought this was going to be a great app for ordering flowers anywhere but I was very disappointed. There is only 5-6 sections to pick bouquets from and there is no specials section. On their website it's loaded with deals and 10-20 different occasions for flowers. I'll stick to the mobile site.

App cart is separate from desktop / online cart, meaning you're silo-ed out from any marketing discounts PF sends to you via email. Skip it.
