Just shows blank white page

Eswar m

Simply shows a blank white page. Doesn’t even login

Better logging into website than this app

Gottagojoe

The app lacks a lot of features, especially fingerprint login. I’m not sure how the app is lately since all I get is a white screen when I open it. I deleted it and reinstalled, still no login in screen. Hasn’t worked in over 2 months

Awful

An awful website wrapped app. No native components. No touch/face id integration. Just really awful. No iPhone X support support.

Not very good

customers want more

Clunky in a word

Latest update is horrible

Rob570

This was a pretty good app, until this latest update. They took out most of the functionality and made it harder to login and use. I would like to see more functionality and fingerprint login capability. The last version was light years ahead of this latest update.

Won’t load after login

OrlFLSurfer

I’ve used this app for about 2 years. The recent update a week or so ago now prevents me from gaining access to my info. Username & Pswd are correct as it gets me to the first landing page w/ your various account listings but once you select any account, the screen goes white!! I’ve closed & reopened, rebooted phone & even deleted & reinstalled the app - to no avail. On top of the above issue, the mobile app is definitely for informational purposes only. There’s little or no real functionality w/in the app.

Buggy app

acrub

Tried two times and crashed both times. No time to play with this.

New version

NoHinAmherst

After a week of unexplained downtime, the whole app got a facelift. That is to say, it’s different. The functionality still is lacking, no new features have been added, and now the graph of the last 18 months is no longer interactive. Also, the username is no longer saved for the login, so have fun with that. Principal, what in the hell are you doing?
