This app shows promise however there are some things that I don’t like. When I finished looking at a fund’s info page I was unable to navigate back to the main screen. The link to look at beneficiaries would return me to the previous page. The idea is good but needs some work. “Agreement” was misspelled. Not a big deal but just looks bad. I’m not trying to be a jackass but hope you’ll continue to tweak things. I remind myself that I paid nothing for the app.

No functionality. The only use for this is to see account balances in the same fashion as the home page in the web browser. But that’s the only page I can view. Anything else just gives me an infinite loading screen. I don’t rate principal the same as their app. 401k is doing great but their app to manage it is about worthless. This is very lacking compared to other financial apps.
l0ve it!!!!
It shows you your money and that’s it. Otherwise completely useless.

No Touch ID? Really? Financial apps require strong passwords, so the requirement to remember it and then enter it manually every time makes this a two star app.

Can do very little other than to check balances. Pretty lame app by current standards. Hope their security is a little more up to date than this app.

Doesn’t really do anything. Just view a very vague representation of your accounts. Even the icon for the app is pixelated if you look close enough. Very rushed app.

This app looks like someone set it up in their basement . The ridiculous fees that are charged on my retirement account should be returned back in higher returns not a useless app like this .

Terrible app. Doesn’t crash, but typically won’t let you move past home screen w balance and gain/loss for the year. It is pathetic that Principal can’t make this thing work beyond a nominal home page. I’d be gone as a customer if I wasn’t forced to keep them because the Acct is a company sponsored 401k.

I agree strongly with previous comments. A fingerprint login is a must have!
