Blank Screen = Zero Stars

All I get is a blank screen without buttons or words. That should really be “0” stars. I’m using an iPhone 8.

I’ve used this app for many years and it was satisfactory. The switch between accounts has never worked. Now I am unable to even log in. It is time for an update, it may be the last straw to make me move my old account elsewhere.

Looks like they just want this app to die. Why download, you’ll just delete in 15 minutes. No longer works

If they can’t qualitatively manage an app, I’m concerned about their ability to quantitatively manage finances.

It was a basic app worthy of 2.5 stars before but now all I get is a blank screen! Have deleted and reinstalled but get the same result. I hope you treat my money with more care than this app?
Great for viewing account status, but needs finer touch

After the recent bug fix, the app works very well to review the status and performance of your account. It would be nice to utilize the thumbprint access of today’s smartphones, but this is merely a convenience.

Can’t Get into the App

The app is blank and just white when I go into it. I can’t log in or anything. I’m not sure what is going on but it’s pretty important to be able to track 401K. Please fix it ASAP.
