No touch id? App won't load contributions and gets stuck on trying to load contributions if you click on it? Not user friendly, intuitive, etc. Worst financial app I've ever used.

It doesn’t load properly. The app took forever to get in. After I got in, I couldn’t click on anything. I still can’t access it.

I decided to download the app because the principal login website doesn’t work at all. I couldn’t even log in. The app is slightly better because I can see my balance but I can’t click anything else without the app freezing. I’m thinking about taking my money out of Principal because there’s literally nothing I can do with it.

This app still hasn’t been updated for the iPhone X. Please update it! Add biometrics support for Touch ID/Face ID. I’m sick of typing my information in on my private device. My other banking apps have had it for ages.

Kept getting errors, went to website and logged in fine. This app serves no purpose if it can’t work like the website.

Anything another than the welcome page, You’ll get stuck with the turning circles, Forever. It’s a shame ... What surprise me most is that Principal so far don’t care! All these bad reviews old and new, they never improved this app :(

This app was kinda crappy before. Now it won’t even launch. App support goes to 404 web page.

I would give it more stars but I’ve been using this app for about a year without any issues until last week. Now, all I get is the logo for a few seconds and then a blank white screen.
